Service Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email at contact@vievers.in  or phone at +91 7410780169 / +91 9529171155.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the project initiation will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the work completed.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable if the agreed deliverables are not provided.

• No refunds are issued for completed projects or after project approval.

• Costs related to third-party tools or services procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
